- 2014- Emeritus Professor in Clinical and Chemical Pathology Department.

- 1988 – establishment of the HLA Typing Unit in Kasr EL-Aini Hospital.
- 1993 – establishment of the Molecular Biology Unit in Kasr EL-Aini Hospital.
- 1996 – establishment of the Molecular Biology Unit in the French Educational Hospital.
- 1999 – establishment of the Cytogenetic Unit in Kasr EL-Aini Hospital.
- 2014 – establishment of the Regenerative Medicine unit in Kasr EL-Aini Hospital.
- 2014 - establishment of the transfusion medicine master degree in Kasr Al-Ainy hospital, school of medicine, cairo university.
